Doesn’t this picture make you smile! Good it was supposed to, it’s time to take a break, kick back and relax with a tropical drink. Sorry for all those expecting alcohol, meet the virgin pina colada 🙂 my friends. I got to know the vpc a few years ago, we took a “work trip” to Jamaica, yah I know, didn’t take much to talk me into going. It was a wonderful trip with lots of first time experiences (zipline, dolphin swimming, corn row hair) anyway when we arrived at the hotel resort we were handed drinks two different types of drinks pina coladas and strawberry daiquiris, yum. This is my attempt to remember that great trip because food and smells take me back to places I love.

Yaay…your comments re back! This looks so refreshing and gorgeous! I'm not a drinker, so I was always the one with the virgin pina colada. I call it my tropical smoothie. I'm definitely making yours.
Yes, comments are back in swing. Thanks my friend for your sweet support over the last few months, your the best.
Believe it or not, I've never had a pina colada but anything with coconut ice cream in it would surely taste wonderful. Food and smells take me back too–especially outside smells like campfires, barbecues, fresh mown hay, etc.
Wow that is hard to believe. Well they are really tasty and I'm with you if it has coconut in it then it's got to be worth trying.
OMG, i sooo wanna try tis one, sounds great, i might even use this recipie for school as i have to make a mocktail for a hospitality assignment. basically we have to make a mocktail that would attract people more than a cirtain type of cocktail
sounds like fun for a school assignment! Enjoy 🙂
