My name is Jed Asmus and I am the owner of Ewetopia Dairy. We are a start up sheep dairy and cheese company located in Denair, California.
It is our belief that the best tasting products come from pampered animals, and from a team of people who love what they do. We are excited to have started making cheese and would love to share our first cheeses with you. Philosopher and Sirene (what we call our first creations) are a blend of cow and sheep milk cheeses made in a style similar to feta. Unlike feta, it focuses on the unique taste of the milk….
