I love smoothies for breakfast or snacks it makes me feel like I’m eating something healthy. After the Thanksgiving feast, I need to have something that I feel like isn’t loaded with fat and this smoothie does it for me. I prefer my smoothies on the tart side because I want my thirst quenched, the cranberries give the tartness to this drink that helps quench my thirst. If you like your smoothies sweet just add more banana and maybe a tablespoon of honey or agave nectar. Enjoy this healthier breakfast after the holidays.
