If your concerned about your health as I am you may be trying to eat better, exercise more, take homeopathic approaches to medicines and just generally hold onto what you have or go on a better path than you have been. Those of you that read my blog regularly are wondering what happen to me I’ll tell you…my youth is eluding me :). I have been working out for the past six months pretty regularly and in my younger years this would do the trick to loose a few pounds without being too worried about what I ate. No such luck these days, the older I get the more I have stubbornly realized I must begin to take better care of my body to achieve the same results of youth. I can’t keep taking advantage of my good metabolism and eating like I’m a teenager my whole life and expect things to stay the same. In attempt to cut unneeded calories, feel good and give me energy I share this recipe with you. If your at the same mind set as I am or just want to add a healthy drink to your repertoire of recipes then give this shake a try.

Sounds delicious and of course healthy! Great post!
